Appointment · Dated notes · Review history · Released documents
A simplified public demonstration of the workflow; private staff notes are not customer-visible.
The staff and customer views use fictional sample data and simplified layouts. See the project scope below.
The work, in context.
The customer record is the starting point.
Customer profiles hold contact information, order history, payment records, and internal notes. Each inspection remains a separate order with its own appointment, technician assignment, progress, and documents. Staff can return to the customer without losing the history of earlier visits.
Scheduling and field operations.
The operational workspace includes appointment availability, scheduling and rescheduling, technician assignment, and stage-by-stage inspection progress. Staff can keep dated notes and inspection evidence attached to the relevant order rather than spreading them across messages.
A customer portal with a clear purpose.
Customers can review their inspections, appointment details, order progress, and payment information. Released report files and downloadable receipts belong to the relevant order. Private operational notes and unreleased report material remain within the staff workflow.
Reports with review built in.
The inspection workspace includes photographs, private observations, sample records, laboratory documents, and report preparation. Staff review and release steps separate working material from the documents made available to the customer.
Payments connected to the order.
The payment flow uses online checkout for the inspection order. Payment entries, balances, status updates, and receipt generation support the operational record. This is the delivered online payment example; it is not presented as a retail terminal, inventory, or offline POS deployment.
What this project demonstrates.
A custom CRM, booking and staff workflows, customer portal access, document handling, and online payment management designed around a service business. The public illustration uses sample data and summarizes implemented modules. It does not expose the private interface or certify every live integration.
